Bunnie Xo showcases new home on social media after finalizing divorce from Jelly Roll

Influencer Bunnie Xo posted a video on Friday showing her newly acquired home to comedian Matt Matthews, shortly after confirming that her divorce from rapper Jelly Roll had been settled. In the clip, Matthews reacts to various rooms, describing a spacious shelving area as a "closet and makeup room" and expressing surprise at an outdoor shower, saying, "It’s a whole shower! Outside? I am so poor." He also compared the property to his own living situation, joking, "I live in a trailer compared to this!"

The tour includes a large bedroom, a mirrored room with floral wallpaper, and a dedicated shoe storage area. Xo appears briefly in a black bikini top while guiding the walkthrough. The video was captioned with a laughing emoji, and viewers left congratulatory comments on her social media post.

According to court filings reported by media outlets, the divorce settlement provides Xo with a one-time lump-sum payment and divides assets such as vehicles, homes, an aircraft and intellectual property. The agreement also contains a clause prohibiting either party from speaking publicly about the other. Jelly Roll filed for divorce on May 18 in Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences. Since then, Xo has indicated on her podcast that the couple still intends to have a child together, though she was later seen with reality-TV personality Dylan Wolf at a Nashville bar.
