Federal Judge Dismisses Proud Boys Seditious Conspiracy Convictions After Presidential Pardons

He confirmed that the Justice Department had secured a full dismissal of the cases. PBS added that the final dismissals were justified by the lack of a legal basis following President Trump’s pardons and commutations related to the Jan. 6 attack.
