Influencer killed and two others wounded in Miramar Lamborghini shooting
A 21-year-old South Florida influencer died and two men were injured after a gun attack on a Lamborghini in Miramar early Sunday, police said.
Police in Miramar responded to multiple ShotSpotter alerts on Southwest 27th Court near Sunrise Boulevard early Sunday morning and found three occupants of a lime-green Lamborghini Urus shot at. The victim who died was identified as 21-year-old Briann Johnson, known on TikTok as "Dreamdoll Brii". Two male passengers were taken to Miramar Regional Hospital in critical condition. Surveillance video captured a white sedan pulling alongside the Lamborghini, opening fire, and then drifting through the intersection before striking a nearby house. The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with information to contact police.
Neighbors initially thought the sounds were fireworks because the incident occurred over the Fourth of July weekend. "It's a little nerve-wracking for no reason really," said resident Carlos Regueiro, expressing confusion over the violence during the holiday.
