Silicon Valley concierge gynecologist offers $30,000-plus annual memberships to affluent women

Summary

Dr. Sally Greenwald runs a high-price concierge gynecology practice serving wealthy Silicon Valley women, providing extensive hormone monitoring, personalized sexual-health care and round-the-clock physician access.

Dr. Sally Greenwald, an assistant clinical professor at Stanford, operates a concierge gynecology practice in Silicon Valley that charges annual memberships ranging from $10,000 to over $30,000. The service includes lengthy appointments, 24-hour physician access, customized treatment plans and coordination with specialists for menopause, hormone therapy and sexual-wellness care.

Clients reported include tech entrepreneur Gisel Kordestani, Nicole Lacob of the Golden State Warriors’ philanthropic foundation, and Priscilla Chan, wife of Mark Zuckerberg. Former Meta executive Sheryl Sandberg described Greenwald as “brilliant, energetic, passionate.”

Greenwald emphasizes extending what she calls a “sexspan,” the period during which women remain sexually healthy, arguing that improved sexual health can benefit sleep, stress, relationships and overall well-being. The practice employs extensive hormone monitoring, advanced blood tests, wearable health tracking, full-body MRIs and individualized treatment options such as hormone replacement therapy, testosterone and sex coaching.

Appointments often last an hour or more, and the physician is available by phone from early morning until late evening. She has reportedly met patients arriving on private jets and made house calls for urgent concerns.

Greenwald says traditional medicine has underserved women, especially regarding menopause and sexual health, and she aims to shift focus from disease treatment to proactive quality-of-life improvement. She declined comment on a controversy involving a podcast appearance with longevity specialist Peter Attia.

Demand for the practice remains high, resulting in a waiting list among affluent women seeking the exclusive care model.
