Danny Glover Reveals Living with Alzheimer’s at Age 79
Actor Danny Glover disclosed his Alzheimer's diagnosis during an interview on NBC's Today program, Page Six reported. He said he intends to remain open about the condition to raise awareness. TODAY. com later reported that Glover has been living with the disease for several years and noted the support he receives from his wife Mandisa and his daughter.
He also mentioned that his family helps him cope with daily challenges. SFGATE added that the illness has slowed his movement, speech and memory. Despite these challenges, Glover said he will keep acting and advocating for awareness.
