Taylor Frankie Paul and Ex-Husband Clash Over Custody, Restraining Order and Testing
Taylor Frankie Paul and her ex-husband Tate Paul were locked in a renewed custody dispute in Utah after a judge denied a temporary restraining order. TMZ reported that Tate Paul filed a motion asking the judge to revisit the denial, attaching text messages and call logs as new evidence. The outlet also noted that Paul’s former partners hired the same attorneys who had represented her in the earlier proceedings, while the court maintained its earlier refusal of the restraining order.
Yahoo News Canada said Paul used Instagram to comment on the ongoing battle, saying the judge had rejected her ex-husband’s request for temporary custody changes. Later, TMZ quoted Paul alleging abuse by her ex-husband and confirming that the Utah judge ordered drug and alcohol testing before any unsupervised visitation could be approved.
