Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce donate $26 million to U.S. charities ahead of reported wedding
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have contributed $26 million to at least 20 charities across the United States, according to a representative, as they are expected to marry this weekend in New York.
Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce have together donated $26 million to a slate of U.S. charities, a spokesperson said. The contributions, made this week, support nine food banks, an animal-cruelty prevention group, seven education programs and three children’s hospitals. The list includes City Harvest in New York, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Feeding America, the ASPCA, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Grammy In The Schools, and pediatric cancer programs at Memorial Sloan Kettering and NYU Langone, among others.
The announcement did not mention any upcoming wedding, but reports indicate the couple is planning a ceremony in New York this weekend, with a rehearsal dinner on Thursday and a larger celebration at Madison Square Garden on Friday. Swift has a history of sizable charitable giving, often revealed by recipient organizations after her Eras Tour stops.
"This week, Travis Kelke and Taylor Swift donated $26 million to charities across the United States," the representative said.
