Several NBA teams reportedly interested in Celtics forward Jaylen Brown
Sources say at least seven NBA franchises have shown interest in acquiring Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown, though no trade has been confirmed.
Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown is the subject of multiple trade inquiries, according to NBA insiders cited by HoopsHype. Teams named as having expressed interest include the Portland Trail Blazers, Toronto Raptors, Denver Nuggets, Brooklyn Nets, Charlotte Hornets, Atlanta Hawks and Los Angeles Clippers.
Portland is reportedly unwilling to include Deni Avdija, Toumani Camara or Donovan Clingan in any deal for Brown, but the Blazers’ younger assets such as Shaedon Sharpe and Scoot Henderson are said to be available for discussion. The Hornets allegedly explored a package centered on Naz Reid and Miles Bridges, though talks have reportedly cooled.
Atlanta is described as unlikely to pursue a full-scale acquisition, while Los Angeles’ earlier interest dates back to the 2024 draft when the team selected Keaton Wagler with the fifth overall pick. No concrete offers have been confirmed, and the Celtics have not indicated a timeline for any potential move.
