Prime Day laptop discounts offer up to $970 savings
Amazon’s Prime Day sale features significant price cuts on select MacBooks, Windows laptops and gaming notebooks, with discounts of up to $970.
Amazon’s Prime Day promotion, running through June 26, includes notable reductions on several laptop models amid a broader global RAM shortage that has pushed prices higher. The 13-inch Apple MacBook Air with the M5 chip, normally priced at $1,099, is listed for $949, while a 15-inch version with 16 GB RAM and a 1 TB SSD drops from $1,299 to $1,149. Similar markdowns are available on higher-end MacBook Pro configurations, with savings ranging from $150 to $250.
On the Windows side, the 15-inch Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 is offered at $1,229.99, a 44 % discount from its regular $2,099.99 price. Additional deals include Acer, HP, Asus, Lenovo and Samsung laptops, with price cuts between $140 and $800 depending on specifications.
Gaming notebooks also see reductions; a 16-inch model previously priced at $1,399.99 is now $1,099.99, and several MSI, Asus and Acer gaming laptops are discounted by $260 to $600.
The listings are presented as part of Mashable’s curated Prime Day guide, which is updated throughout the sale period.
