Federal prosecutors secure plea deal, court hears plea change for Minnesota shooting suspect
Federal prosecutors announced a plea agreement with Vance Boelter, the suspect in the Minnesota murders of State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband, ending the prospect of a death sentence.
