The New York Knicks erased a 29-point second-half deficit to beat the San Antonio Spurs 107-106 in Game 4 of the NBA Finals, giving the Knicks a 3-1 series lead. OG Anunoby secured the winning basket with a tip-in off a Jalen Brunson miss with 1.2 seconds remaining, after the Knicks had rallied from a 15-point fourth-quarter shortfall.

Brunson finished with 36 points and seven assists, while Anunoby contributed 33 points, including seven three-pointers. Karl-Anthony Towns added 13 points and 10 rebounds despite foul trouble, and reserve guard Jose Alvarado scored eight points in the final quarter.

San Antonio’s Victor Wembanyama led the Spurs with 24 points and 13 rebounds, and rookie Dylan Harper added 21 points off the bench. The Spurs had established a 41-22 lead after the first quarter, the largest road-team first-quarter advantage in Finals history, and held a 27-point halftime lead, the fourth-largest halftime margin in Finals history. Their shooting collapsed in the fourth quarter, going 2-for-12 from three and committing five turnovers.

The victory sets up a potential series-clinching Game 5 in San Antonio on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. ET.
