Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has agreed to a one-year contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers, featuring a base salary between $22 and $23 million, with incentives potentially increasing the total to $25 million.
NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported that the deal includes $22 million guaranteed, with performance-based incentives accounting for the remainder.
This agreement follows the Steelers' recent application of the rarely used unrestricted free agent tender on Rodgers, which would have provided a 10% salary increase over his 2025 earnings, totaling approximately $15 million.
In the 2025 season, Rodgers led the Steelers to an AFC North title and a playoff berth, recording 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions over 16 games.
The upcoming 2026 season will mark Rodgers' second year with the Steelers and his 22nd in the NFL.
