Blue Origin Investigates and Addresses New Glenn Launch Anomaly

Blue Origin conducted the third launch of its New Glenn rocket at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, aiming to deploy AST SpaceMobile's BlueBird 7 satellite and reuse a first-stage booster for the first time. The launch successfully reused the booster, which was recovered at sea, but the satellite was placed into an off-nominal orbit. Following the launch, the Federal Aviation Administration grounded the New Glenn rocket due to the anomaly.

Blue Origin later completed an investigation into the incident, identifying a cryogenic leak as the cause of the launch anomaly. The company implemented corrective actions to address the issue and prepare for the resumption of flights.
