A woman in her mid-20s was killed, and a man of similar age was seriously injured in a shark attack at Kylies Beach in Crowdy Bay National Park, New South Wales, on Thursday morning. The pair, known to each other, were swimming around 6:30 a.m. when the incident occurred. Despite efforts from bystanders, the woman died at the scene.
