सारांश

Baltimore's new coaching staff saw Derrick Henry rush for 144 yards and three touchdowns while Lamar Jackson added two passing scores in a 41-23 victory over Indianapolis.

Baltimore opened the season with a 41-23 win over the Indianapolis Colts, giving head coach Jesse Minter a victorious debut. The Ravens' offense clicked after hiring Declan Doyle as offensive coordinator, with running back Derrick Henry accumulating 144 rushing yards and three touchdowns. Quarterback Lamar Jackson completed 17 of 25 passes for 324 yards and added a rushing touchdown, connecting with wide receiver Zay Flowers on a 49-yard pass that set up his first score and later on a 52-yard touchdown reception. Flowers recorded five catches for 150 yards before exiting with a hamstring injury, and wideout Ja’Kobi Lane left the game with a wrist injury.

The Ravens fell behind 6-0 early but responded with two touchdowns following a Roquan Smith interception of Colts quarterback Daniel Jones. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey forced a fumble by Indianapolis running back Jonathan Taylor, helping Baltimore build a 28-6 lead in the first half. Indianapolis quarterback Jones, playing his first game since an Achilles tear, threw for 166 yards on 19 completions of 31 attempts and ran only once.

Baltimore will host the New Orleans Saints in Week 2, while the Colts travel to Kansas City seeking to avoid a 0-2 start.
