Teen son of former reality TV star indicted on multiple sex crime charges in Georgia

A 15-year-old resident of Alpharetta, Georgia, was indicted on seven sex-crime counts, including aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, stemming from an alleged incident at a local gym in April. The indictment, obtained by local news, says the teen forced himself on a girl under 16 and was arrested on Aug. 17. He is being charged as an adult.
The youth is the son of former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak and former Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann. Zolciak said the allegations are "reckless and deeply troubling" and that her son "categorically denies" the accusations.
Biermann Jr.'s attorney argued that the case should not be publicized because it involves a juvenile, asserted his client's innocence, and cited a polygraph test and a Georgia Bureau of Investigation report that found no male DNA at the alleged scene. The lawyer asked the public not to presume the allegations are true and requested privacy for both families.
