Georgia Grand Jury Indicts Kroy Biermann Jr. on Seven Sex Crime Charges
A grand jury in Georgia has indicted Kroy Biermann Jr., the son of Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann, on seven counts including aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy.
A Georgia grand jury indicted Kroy Biermann Jr. on Thursday on seven charges that include aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment. The indictment stems from an alleged assault in a gym changing room, where a classmate says he forced oral contact and digitally penetrated her vagina, and also touched her buttocks without consent.
Biermann Jr. was arrested last month after a months-long police investigation. His mother, Kim Zolciak, publicly denied his involvement in the alleged conduct.
The defendant has requested release on bond, arguing his academic achievements, scholarship offers, and community connections as mitigating factors.
