सारांश

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift revealed details of their private ceremony at Madison Square Garden, noting a low-key atmosphere, a phone-free policy, and Adam Sandler’s role as officiant.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift spoke about their July 3 wedding at Madison Square Garden during an episode of the "New Heights" podcast, describing the event as a private celebration despite the venue’s large capacity. The couple invited about 1,000 guests, including childhood friends, family members and a number of high-profile entertainers, but opted for a modest ceremony without a traditional wedding party; Swift’s brother served as her "Man of Honor" and Kelce’s brother as his "Best Man."

Kelce said the venue staff helped create the intimate setting they wanted and that the event was conducted without phones, which he said encouraged guests to be present and interact freely. He also thanked actor Adam Sandler, who became ordained in New York to officiate the ceremony.

"He has been just the best person on this planet. For him to get ordained in the state of New York and marry us in his own style was beyond what we imagined," Kelce said.

The couple’s attire was designed by Jonathan Anderson of Christian Dior Haute Couture, with Swift accessorizing with Cartier jewelry and Christian Louboutin shoes, according to a statement from the designer.

Kelce noted that the guest list blended Hollywood figures such as Brad Pitt, Conan O’Brien and Paul McCartney with long-time family friends, creating a mix of familiar and celebrity faces that added to the evening’s atmosphere.
