Pixel 11 series added to Android 17 QPR2 Beta 4 rollout
Google has opened the Android 17 QPR2 Beta 4 program to the Pixel 11 lineup, with OTA updates pending and a stable release slated for December.
Google announced that the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold can now enroll in the Android 17 QPR2 Beta 4 program via the Android Beta website. The beta images are not yet available for manual download, and the current build CP41.260814.003.C2 includes the August 2026 security patch, delivering a 3.94 GB OTA to the Pixel 11 Pro.
The upcoming Android 17 QPR2 release, expected to reach stable status in December, will introduce features such as expanded dynamic color theming, customizable quick-settings layout, lock-screen blur, app lock, and status-bar icon customization. Beta 4 marks the platform-stability milestone, and the Pixel 11 series appears to bypass the earlier QPR1 preview cycle before the September stable launch.
"The Pixel 11 looks to skip the Android 17 QPR1 preview cycle entirely ahead of that release’s stable launch in September," the update notes state.
