Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann attend son's football game amid legal case
Reality TV star Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann were seen together at their son Kash's high school football game, the first joint appearance since their other son, Kroy Jr., was arrested on sexual assault charges.
Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann attended their 14-year-old son Kash's high school football game in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Sunday, marking their first public appearance together since their 15-year-old son Kroy Jr. was arrested on sexual assault allegations. Zolciak arrived with their 12-year-old daughter Kaia, wearing a black outfit and white sneakers, while Biermann came separately in a blue hoodie, khaki shorts and flip-flops, leaving the venue about half an hour after his estranged wife.
Kroy Jr. was detained earlier this month after a classmate accused him of assaulting her at a local fitness center. Court documents filed in Fulton County Juvenile Court state the girl alleged the teenager forced himself on her in a co-ed sauna, attempted multiple sexual acts, and later left the scene. He remains held without bond at Atlanta's Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, with a hearing scheduled for Sept. 1.
Zolciak released a statement to the press, describing the accusations as “reckless and deeply troubling.” She said her son “categorically denies” the allegations, has passed a voluntary polygraph test, and that DNA testing found no evidence linking him to the incident. The statement also noted the accuser has made similar claims involving two other individuals, which Zolciak said should be examined carefully.
The family has continued public activities; days after the arrest, Zolciak was photographed dining in Palm Beach, Florida, with son Kash and her boyfriend Kyle Mowitz.
