Friends and former co-stars honor late reality TV veteran Tyler Duckworth at memorial
Former 'Challenge' contestant Johnny Bananas posted photos from Tyler Duckworth's memorial service, where friends and former teammates gathered to remember the 44-year-old reality star.
Friends and former co-stars gathered on Saturday to remember Tyler Duckworth, a former "Real World" cast member and six-time contestant on MTV's "The Challenge." Johnny Bananas, who competed with Duckworth on several seasons, shared images from the service, including flyers bearing Duckworth's name and photos of attendees.
"Lights will guide you home. And I hope wherever they lead you, you know how deeply you were loved, and how much of you we'll carry with us forever. Rest easy, brother," Bananas wrote, referencing Coldplay's song "Fix You." Duckworth first appeared on "The Real World: Key West" in 2006 and later won two Challenge titles, including the 2011 "Rivals" season, which he and Bananas won together. He died earlier this month at age 44 after being found unresponsive in his North Dakota apartment.
