Sandra Bullock posts rare family photos on Instagram

Resumen

The actress shared a carousel of summer images featuring her adopted children, paying tribute to her late parents and announcing a return to film.

Sandra Bullock posted a series of Instagram photos on Tuesday that offered a rare view of her family during the summer. The carousel included images of her son Louis, 16, and daughter Laila, 12, both adopted, as they spent time outdoors with friends and relatives. Bullock, 62, captioned the post, "Friends, family, fun, fishies, furries, aaaand work."

One picture showed Bullock visiting her parents' graves, accompanied by her sister Gesine Bullock-Prado, whom she tagged in the post. Earlier in June, she had shared throwback photos of the children as part of a Father's Day tribute to her late father, John W. Bullock, who died in 2018. Those images featured her father holding the toddlers, with the children's faces obscured to protect their privacy.

Bullock also referenced Mother's Day, honoring her late mother Helga Meyer, who passed away in 2000. She wrote, "To all the mamas, No matter how you came to be, Happy Mother’s Day. We are all bound by this honor of a lifetime."

The actress, who announced an indefinite acting hiatus in 2022 to focus on family, indicated she will return to the screen in the upcoming sequel to "Practical Magic," starring alongside Nicole Kidman.
