Ex-husband seeks court order to unseal drug test results in custody dispute
Tate Paul has asked a court to make his ex-wife Taylor Frankie Paul's drug test results public as part of their ongoing child-custody case.
Tate Paul, who shares daughters Indy and Ocean with reality-TV personality Taylor Frankie Paul, filed a motion on Thursday requesting that the court unseal the results of drug tests ordered in their custody proceedings. The request follows a recent filing in which Tate sought a restraining order, alleging that Taylor’s behavior had become increasingly erratic. He maintains that he should receive sole legal and physical custody of the children, a claim Taylor has denied.
A judge previously ordered Taylor to undergo drug testing, stating that she would be allowed unsupervised visits unless a test returned a positive result, in which case visits would become supervised. Sources close to Taylor say she believes former boyfriend Dakota Mortensen is providing false information to Tate, prompting the latest court filing.
