Actress Christy Knowings, who rose to fame as a cast member of Nickelodeon's sketch comedy series "All That," died at age 46. A family member told TMZ that she was hospitalized after an asthma attack that caused brain damage and was placed on life support, leading to her death.
Knowings also appeared in three episodes of "Sesame Street" with her twin brother, actor Chris Knowings, and released a folk single titled "To the World" in 2020. Details about the circumstances of her death have not been released.
"She was hospitalized on Friday after suffering the attack, which resulted in brain damage. She was subsequently placed on life support," a family source said to TMZ.
