Packers release first unofficial training-camp depth chart

Summary

Green Bay announced its initial depth chart for training camp, confirming Anthony Belton as the starting right guard and showing changes on the defensive line and secondary.

Green Bay released its first unofficial depth chart for training camp, outlining the projected starters and backups on both sides of the ball. On offense, the wide-receiver trio of Christian Watson, Jayden Reed and Matthew Golden is listed as the starting group, with Davion Williams, Bo Melton and Skyy Moore as the primary backups. Anthony Belton remains the starting right guard despite competition from Jager Burton, Jacob Monk and Donovan Jennings, who are placed on the second tier.

The defensive line lists Devonte Wyatt and Karl Brooks as starters, pushing veteran Javon Hargrave to a backup role. At the edge, Barryn Sorrell is positioned opposite Lukas Van Ness. Rookie Dani Dennis-Sutton appears as the third-string defensive end behind Collin Oliver and Brenton Cox Jr., with the group expected to rotate frequently.

In the secondary, Keisean Nixon and Carrington Valentine are named starters over Brandon Cisse and Benjamin St-Juste, while Kamal Hadden is listed as the second-string slot defender, despite safety Kitan Oladapo receiving recent practice reps at that position.

Special-teams assignments show Matt Orzech, currently on the PUP list, ahead of veteran long snapper Cal Adomitis. Skyy Moore is designated as the primary punt and kick returner, with Savion Williams, Pierre Strong Jr., Will Sheppard and Jaden Nixon listed as backups.

"We’re excited to see how these players perform as the camp progresses," a Packers spokesperson said.
