UFC 330 to Feature Two Title Fights in Las Vegas on Saturday
The UFC announced the main card for the upcoming UFC 330 event, which includes welterweight and strawweight title bouts in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
The UFC disclosed the lineup for its UFC 330 event, scheduled for Saturday night in Las Vegas. The headline bout will see welterweight champion Islam Makhachev defend his title against challenger Ian Machado Garry. In the co-main event, strawweight champion Mackenzie Dern will face Gillian Robertson for the division's belt.
Both title fights were revealed during the UFC Vegas 120 broadcast earlier this week. The main card, airing on Paramount+ at 8 p.m. ET, also includes matchups featuring Charles Johnson vs. Jose Ochoa, Mansur Abdul-Malik vs. Dustin Stoltzfus, and Edson Barboza vs. Esteban Ribovics. Preliminary fights begin at 7 p.m. ET, followed by early prelims at 5:30 p.m. ET, with bouts such as Chidi Njokuani vs. Joel Alvarez and Rafael Tobias vs. Lucas Fernando.
"We are excited to present two championship fights on the UFC 330 card," a UFC spokesperson said.
The event marks the first title defense for Dern since winning the strawweight championship, while Garry and Robertson earned their respective title opportunities after stringing together recent victories.
