Tom Sandoval alleges ex-girlfriend assaulted him during tour
The former "Vanderpump Rules" star filed a new declaration in his restraining-order case, claiming his ex-girlfriend kicked him in the groin and used profanity while he was on tour in Florida.
Tom Sandoval submitted a declaration Monday in the ongoing restraining-order proceeding against his former partner, Victoria Lee Robinson. He alleges that in October, after a concert in Florida with his band, Robinson kicked him repeatedly in the groin and shouted profanities in front of band members, crew and fans. Sandoval says Robinson was heavily intoxicated and had been carried away from the venue by security earlier that night. He further claims she invited fans backstage and shared drugs with them, prompting concerns from multiple venues and his band’s management, who reportedly wanted to bar her from the tour. The filing states that Robinson’s behavior caused him repeated distress and anxiety, including before a scheduled "America’s Got Talent" performance in August 2025. Sandoval also alleges that Robinson threatened to damage his career and referenced the public attention received by his former girlfriend Ariana Madix after their breakup. A temporary domestic-violence restraining order was previously granted to Sandoval against Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, in late June.
