Gronkowski describes Kelce-Swift wedding as intimate despite large guest list
Former NFL star Rob Gronkowski said the ceremony of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift felt intimate even though about 1,000 people attended.
Former New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, who attended the wedding of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and pop star Taylor Swift, said the event felt intimate despite the presence of roughly 1,000 guests. Gronkowski told Fox News Digital that the ceremony was "very intimate" and praised the couple for organizing a large-scale celebration that ran smoothly.
"It was A+. Congratulations to Taylor and Travis for the love and positive energy they bring and for putting together a wedding that was both big and intimate," Gronkowski said.
He added that the venue, Madison Square Garden, hosted an unprecedented number of celebrities, noting it was the most impactful event he had ever attended. Gronkowski also complimented Kelce’s continued performance on the football field as he approaches his 14th season.
The remarks were made in an interview conducted in partnership with an online marketplace, and Gronkowski said he had not yet contacted Kelce following the wedding.
