Reality star Taylor Frankie Paul rejects custody offers, vows to continue legal fight
Taylor Frankie Paul declined proposals from ex-partners that would give her 40% custody of her children and said she will keep pursuing full custody through the courts.
Taylor Frankie Paul, known from "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives," turned down separate custody proposals from her ex-partners Dakota Mortensen and Tate Paul. Each proposal would have granted the fathers 60% custody while Paul retained 40%.
According to a source close to the reality star, Paul rejected the offers immediately, stating that the arrangements did not reflect the best interests of her children. > "So now I’m suddenly capable of parenting 40% of the time? Couldn’t be more obvious what this is really about—and it isn’t the safety or well-being of our children," the source quoted her as saying.
The source added that Paul intends to keep fighting for custody as long as necessary and plans to address the fathers' coordinated legal actions in court. The source also noted that Paul has received online support from other women.
Paul shares an 8-year-old daughter, Indy, and a 6-year-old son, Ocean, with former husband Tate Paul, and a 2-year-old son, Ever, with Mortensen. In recent months, Tate filed for a temporary restraining order and sole custody, which was later denied, while Mortensen obtained full custody of Ocean and a temporary protection order.
The custody dispute follows a leaked video of a 2023 domestic incident involving Paul and Mortensen, which has intensified the legal battle between the parties.
