Bunnie Xo, whose legal name is Alisa DeFord, responded to recent remarks made by her stepdaughter Bailee Ann about the rapper Jelly Roll's divorce. Bailee, during a TikTok livestream on July 19, suggested that the public would be shocked by the true cause of the split and claimed that no infidelity occurred. In a later exchange on the same platform, Bunnie said there is "nothing to clear up" and added that people are "just running with a narrative." She also expressed enduring love for Jelly's 18-year-old daughter, saying, "Love my baby forever."

Jelly Roll, born Jason DeFord, filed for divorce from Bunnie in May after ten years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce was finalized in July, with the couple dividing assets such as homes, vehicles, an aircraft and intellectual property, and a confidential lump-sum payment was made to Bunnie, eliminating the need for alimony.
