Войцары завоевали первый титул летней лиги с 2013 года после MVP-выступления Лендеborgа

Golden State Warriors secured the Las Vegas NBA Summer League championship on Sunday, defeating the Memphis Grizzlies 94-90 and earning their first Summer League title since 2013. Assistant coach Khalid Robinson, who led the team during the tournament, said the squad aimed to develop players while maintaining a winning mindset.

Yaxel Lendeborg, the Warriors' No. 11 overall draft pick, posted a 21-point, 10-rebound double-double in the final and was named the league MVP. He averaged 14.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 4.0 assists over six games, shooting 45.9 percent from the field and 35.7 percent from three-point range.

The Warriors rallied from a 12-point deficit in the fourth quarter, with Lendeborg hitting a key three-pointer, a floater, and a pull-up jumper to give Golden State the lead. Veteran forward Will Richard also contributed eight points in the closing minutes and was highlighted as a leader during the stretch run.

LJ Cryer led the team in total points with 90, while other young players such as Malevy Leons, LaJae Jones and Graham Ike saw significant minutes as the Warriors evaluated two-way contract options.

After the victory, Lendeborg said, "I live for this moment right here. Do whatever we gotta do to win this. We’re the Warriors, we win. We’re gonna get another one next season. Go Dubs." The win is viewed as a positive sign for the franchise as it prepares for the upcoming preseason.
