PK Kemsley alleges Dorit Kemsley let children’s passports lapse before his planned Europe trip
Court documents show PK Kemsley’s lawyer claims Dorit Kemsley did not renew their children’s passports despite knowing his travel plans, and that she traveled abroad while the children remained in Florida.
Court filings obtained by a media outlet indicate that PK Kemsley’s attorney sent an email to Dorit Kemsley’s lawyer on July 7, asserting that the couple’s two children’s passports had expired. The attorney said PK Kemsley had intended to travel to Europe with the children this summer and that Dorit was aware of those plans but did not renew the passports before departing on a separate trip abroad.
The filing further states that Dorit traveled to Europe while the children stayed in Florida with her parents and a nanny. PK’s counsel claims he was not provided with the children’s travel dates, the duration of the trip, details of their care, or a parenting schedule, which he says prevented him from making arrangements with the children.
According to the documents, PK’s legal team requested confirmation of the passport renewal status, Dorit’s expected return date, and information about the children’s supervision while she was overseas. In a related matter, PK Kemsley has asked a judge for sole authority to sell the couple’s Los Angeles residence, citing concerns about potential foreclosure and alleging that Dorit’s travel priorities conflicted with the family’s financial situation. Dorit’s attorney replied that a more detailed response would be provided after addressing other legal matters.
