Philadelphia Fourth of July concert resumes after storm, fireworks to follow

Philadelphia's Fourth of July festivities resumed just after midnight on Sunday after a severe thunderstorm forced an evacuation earlier on Saturday. Attendees returned to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, where The Roots performed as part of the One Philly: Unity Concert for America. The concert, which had been underway for several hours, was paused when officials ordered the crowd to leave due to the approaching weather. Fireworks are planned to follow the resumed program.
