Taylor Frankie Paul Addresses Custody Dispute and Court-Ordered Testing

Resumen

Taylor Frankie Paul responded to a renewed custody fight, alleging abuse and noting a Utah judge's order for drug and alcohol testing before unsupervised visitation may be granted.

Taylor Frankie Paul posted on social media to comment on the ongoing custody dispute with her ex-husband, Tate Paul. She shared photographs of injuries she says resulted from altercations with Dakota Mortensen and claimed the two men were using their three children as leverage.

A Utah judge has ordered Paul to undergo drug and alcohol testing; if the results are negative, she may receive unsupervised parenting time, while a positive test would require supervised visits. The order follows a partial approval of Tate Paul’s request to reconsider an earlier denial of a temporary restraining order that would alter the current custody arrangement for their children, Indy and Ocean.

In her posts, Paul alleged that Tate Paul misrepresented her disclosures about emotional difficulties with Mortensen, accusing him of using the information to damage her reputation. She also referenced a widely circulated video of a physical confrontation with Mortensen that previously led to the cancellation of her appearance on a reality-television series, which she said could return to broadcast soon.
