The agreement also does not include a film release, meaning attendees have not waived rights to appear in any potential streaming special or documentary.
Organizers have reportedly watermarked each invitation with the recipient's full name to help trace any leaked information. While the NDA lacks explicit punishments, guests could face social repercussions, such as being publicly shamed by other attendees or potentially being uninvited from the event.
Invitations list only "New York City" and the date, omitting the venue to keep the location confidential. A city permit indicates that streets surrounding Madison Square Garden will be closed from July 2 through midday on July 4 for related festivities. Approximately 1,100 to 1,200 guests are expected to attend the ceremony.
