Reality Star Tom Sandoval Seeks Restraining Order After Girlfriend's Arrest

Summary

Tom Sandoval filed for a restraining order and reported police involvement after his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, was arrested on allegations of physical and verbal abuse.

Tom Sandoval, known for his role on a reality television series, has filed a petition for a restraining order against his girlfriend, model Victoria Lee Robinson, following her arrest by police. Court documents obtained by a media outlet indicate Sandoval alleges he was subjected to verbal and physical aggression during an incident that occurred after a night of drinking. He reported that Robinson filmed him during a dispute, after which her father, Will Robinson, allegedly became aggressive, forcing Sandoval to lock himself in a guest bedroom for safety. Sandoval claims the father then damaged the door and threatened him.

According to Sandoval, Robinson subsequently struck him in the face and head, causing blurred vision. He says she then recorded the encounter to portray herself as the victim. Police responded to the call and took Robinson into custody. The filing also accuses Robinson of previous abusive behavior, including punching Sandoval, throwing a Gatorade bottle, using derogatory language, changing passwords on his devices, and tracking his location with an AirTag. Will Robinson is also alleged to have physically confronted Sandoval on June 3.

"He called the police, who arrived and arrested Victoria," the report states.

The incident follows earlier public statements by Sandoval in March expressing optimism about the two-year relationship.
