A Bernalillo County warrant seeks to charge Bailey Zimmerman with a felony for property damage and a misdemeanor for falsely obtaining services after an alleged incident at a resort in May.

New Mexico authorities have filed a warrant seeking to charge country singer Bailey Zimmerman with a felony count of criminal damage to property and a misdemeanor for falsely obtaining services. The warrant, issued on June 18 in Bernalillo County, stems from an incident reported to have occurred on May 27 at the Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque.

According to court documents, Zimmerman arrived for a sound check appearing intoxicated, threw microphones and other equipment, and left the stage repeatedly. He later returned to the resort, where staff say he spat at a security guard, stumbled with a bleeding knee and was assisted by an associate before being asked to leave. The resort cancelled his scheduled performance.

"Y’all know there’s nothing I love more than getting out on the road and playing these shows for you," Zimmerman posted on Instagram, adding that he was "not feeling well" and needed to reschedule the shows.

Housekeeping reportedly found Zimmerman's hotel room in disarray the following day, with estimated damages of about $16,000 covering a television, phone, coffee table, chairs, wall damage, carpet stains and missing furniture. The hotel also claimed more than $400 in unpaid alcohol charges. Police and resort staff said attempts to contact Zimmerman and his representatives were unsuccessful, leading to the pursuit of an arrest warrant.

Fox News Digital contacted Zimmerman's representative for comment but did not receive a response.
