सारांश

A Bernalillo County arrest warrant has been issued for Bailey Zimmerman on charges of criminal damage to property and falsely obtaining services following a disruptive incident that led to the cancellation of his May 27 concert at Sandia Resort and Casino.

A Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court warrant has been issued for country music artist Bailey Zimmerman after a May 27 concert at Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque was cancelled. Court filings say Zimmerman and his security team were escorted to a hotel room after a golf outing, then proceeded to the amphitheater where staff observed him appearing intoxicated and displaying aggressive behavior.

According to the documents, Zimmerman swung a guitar, threw cymbals and microphones, and knocked over equipment on stage before falling and stumbling repeatedly. He allegedly shouted at band members, struck a light box, kicked a black box, and later spat toward a security officer while exiting the venue. After the show was called off, he refused to leave in a vehicle provided by the resort, became disorderly, and was escorted by Sandia police.

The following day, resort staff reported extensive damage to the hotel room Zimmerman had occupied, including a broken TV, a damaged phone, broken furniture, a hole in the wall and carpet damage, with total repairs estimated at $16,000 plus an unpaid $400 alcohol charge. Sandia police and staff attempted to contact Zimmerman without response. He now faces charges of criminal damage to property and falsely obtaining services, and an arrest warrant has been issued.
