U.S. to Issue Commemorative Passports Featuring President Trump's Image for 250th Anniversary

The U.S. State Department has announced plans to release limited-edition passports featuring President Donald Trump's image to commemorate the nation's 250th anniversary. These special passports will be available to applicants at the Washington Passport Agency starting this summer, while supplies last.

The design includes President Trump's portrait on the inside cover, set against elements of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. flag, with his signature rendered in gold. Another page features an illustration of the Founding Fathers signing the Declaration of Independence. The back cover displays a gold American flag and the number "250" encircled by stars.

State Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott stated that the passports will feature customized artwork and enhanced imagery while maintaining the same security features as standard U.S. passports.

This initiative is part of broader efforts to celebrate the milestone anniversary, which also include the issuance of a $1 coin featuring President Trump's profile and national park passes displaying his image alongside George Washington.
