Résumé

Nothing has introduced the Phone 4a and 4a Pro, featuring new designs, upgraded Glyph lighting systems, and improved camera capabilities.

Nothing has officially launched its latest mid-range smartphones, the Phone 4a and Phone 4a Pro, showcasing significant design enhancements and feature upgrades. The Phone 4a introduces a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor. It offers configurations of 8GB or 12GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256GB. The device features a triple-camera setup, including a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, and an ultrawide camera. A 32-megapixel front camera is also included. The Phone 4a is equipped with a 5,080mAh battery supporting 50W fast charging and introduces the Glyph Bar—a vertical LED strip on the back that provides visual notifications and charging indicators. It is available in Pink, White, Black, and Blue, with prices starting at €350 in Europe. The Phone 4a Pro shares several specifications with the standard model but offers notable enhancements. It features a slightly larger 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and is powered by the more advanced Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. The Pro model boasts a metal unibody design, making it the thinnest Nothing phone to date at 7.95mm thickness. It also introduces the Glyph Matrix—a circular arrangement of 137 mini-LEDs on the back that functions as a secondary display for notifications and other features. The camera system includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, and an ultrawide camera. The Phone 4a Pro is available in Black, Silver, and Pink, with prices starting at $499. Unlike the standard model, the Pro variant will be available in the U.S., with sales commencing later in March.
