Sánchez’s dress featured hand-appliquéd Italian lace and 180 silk chiffon-covered buttons, according to Vogue. She complemented the gown with Dolce Alta Gioielleria Miracolo earrings and carried a souvenir from her Blue Origin space flight as her “something blue.”
