Lions aim to honor injured linebacker Jack Campbell by preparing to win Sunday

Detroit Lions players are preparing for their Sunday matchup against the Miami Dolphins while linebacker Jack Campbell remains in the hospital following a spinal injury sustained on Sunday. Head coach Dan Campbell said the team intends to honor Campbell by approaching the game with the same preparation and effort he would have shown.

"Jack continues to improve, which is all great news," Campbell said. "How would he prepare? How would he play? Those are the standards for us going into this game. We owe it to him."

Campbell added that the squad will strive to match the work ethic and leadership that Jack Campbell is known for, using that as motivation for the upcoming contest.
