Dean Norris lists Temecula estate for $3.2 million amid divorce
Actor Dean Norris has put his 11-acre Temecula property on the market for just over $3 million as he and his wife pursue a divorce and confront financial challenges.
Actor Dean Norris has listed his Temecula, California, estate for $3,199,267, according to real-estate records. The 11-acre property includes a 7,000-square-foot main house with nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a separate guesthouse, an infinity pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, a four-stall horse barn, a fruit orchard and views of the surrounding mountains and valley. The listing, handled by Sherrie Snyder of Allison James Estates & Homes, was placed on the market in September. Norris and his estranged wife, Bridget Norris, bought the property for $1,725,000 in 2014. Bridget filed for divorce in Riverside County in 2025, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking joint custody of their two minor children and spousal support. The couple is also dealing with financial difficulties related to their Temecula restaurant, Swing Inn Cafe, which is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
