Nintendo Store Leads Restocks of Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2
The Nintendo Store saw the most frequent restocks of the Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2, while Walmart's planned restock was delayed until November 6.
The Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2, launched on October 29, has been most readily available through the Nintendo Store, which experienced multiple brief restocks as limited units sold out quickly. Shoppers reported error messages such as “sold out” and “couldn’t add the required amount” when attempting to purchase the console online.
According to the outlet’s restock tracker, the Nintendo Store continues to receive the most frequent alerts, though some notifications have proven to be false flags. Amazon recorded a single online restock that sold out almost immediately, and no further Amazon restocks have occurred.
Walmart’s anticipated large-scale restock was postponed due to a supply-chain delay; the console will be available for online ordering on November 6, with Target offering the same date. In-store events are scheduled for November 5 at Best Buy and Nintendo locations in New York and San Francisco, the latter requiring a Warp Pipe Pass, while GameStop allows customers to pre-order in store.
The outlet will continue to monitor all retailers with its exclusive Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 restock tracker and notify followers when new stock appears.
