Amanda Batula Responds to Kyle Cooke's Instagram Comment About West Wilson

Amanda Batula, a cast member of the reality series Summer House, addressed an Instagram exchange in which her estranged husband Kyle Cooke wrote a disparaging remark about her current boyfriend, West Wilson. The comment, captured in screenshots shared by a Bravo fan account, referred to Wilson as a “coke head” and suggested he had disrupted Cooke’s life and career.

Batula, who has not posted on X since 2023, returned to the platform on October 29 and responded with a bullseye emoji to a fan post that linked Cooke’s comment to Batula’s decision to decline filming the upcoming season of the spinoff In the City. She did not directly comment on the dispute.

On the same day, Batula posted a carousel of photos on Instagram that featured Wilson resting his head on her shoulder and the couple posing together at a brewery. The caption read, “Yall mind if I post?” and included a screenshot of a social-media quote stating, “you've made your bed, now lie in it.”

Cooke’s comment was later removed from the Instagram thread, though it is unclear which party deleted it. The couple’s relationship, announced on March 31, has been a focal point for fans of the series. Reports indicate Batula will not return for the second season of In the City, with sources citing either creative differences regarding Wilson’s involvement or contractual and timing concerns.

"Kyle realized that when Amanda declined to film the upcoming season of #inthecity that he could no longer control or manipulate her anymore and melted down in West's IG comments…" (fan-posted comment, attributed to a Bravo fan account)

The situation highlights ongoing personal dynamics among reality-TV personalities and their public interactions on social media.
