Skydance TV's co-chair JB Perrette detailed a reorganization that creates distinct TV and direct-to-consumer teams, introduced several new senior appointments and noted the exit of multiple longtime executives.

Skydance TV co-chair and chief business officer JB Perrette sent an internal memo outlining a reorganization that aligns the company’s television and direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations. The new structure will assign dedicated leaders to each segment while many executives will hold responsibilities across both areas, aiming to leverage local expertise and global scale.

Perrette thanked departing leaders Dan Barnes, Michael Bishara, Jamie Cooke, Domenic DiMeglio, Marco Nobili, Pank Patel and Juan Sola for their contributions and wished them success in future roles.

Among the announced appointments, Jeff Cusson will serve as EVP and head of communications for Skydance DTC, reporting to Perrette, Casey and chief communications officer Mel Zukerman. Shauna Spenley was named CMO for global DTC and international TV, expanding her oversight to include TV marketing worldwide. Trey Turner will take on the role of COO, International, adding to his finance duties, while Josh Walker will act as COO and CFO for DTC, overseeing strategy, content, pricing and related functions. Liz Wright was appointed CFO of the Skydance TV segment, responsible for finance across CBS and global television networks.

The memo also outlined regional leadership changes. Andrew Georgiou will serve as interim president and managing director for Europe & Africa, with Qaisar Rafique handling commercial development for the region. Reemah Sakaan will lead the UK & Ireland entertainment business, Christina Sulebakk will continue overseeing the Nordics, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux, and James Gibbons will head Asia Pacific and MENA. Additional regional heads were named for Poland and Latin America/US Hispanic markets.

Perrette noted that a search will be launched for a permanent head of Pluto/AVOD and mentioned other personnel moves, including the return of Leah Hooper from maternity leave and the transition of Ronald Goes and Efrain Miron to new roles within the company.

"We need to aggressively drive each business forward, while also being attentive to maximize the strategic and financial opportunities between the two," Perrette wrote.

The memo emphasized the need for collaboration, speed and a focus on the overall interests of Skydance rather than individual units.
