Savannah Chrisley and fiancé purchase $2.2 million Nashville home ahead of pregnancy announcement

Savannah Chrisley, a 29-year-old real-estate agent known from the reality series "Chrisley Knows Best," and her fiancé Jason Galanis acquired a 5,207-square-foot home in Nashville for $2.2 million in February, according to a report first published by TMZ. The property, built in 2023, features five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, two fireplaces, wood and marble flooring, a chef’s kitchen, a patio, a balcony and a two-car garage. It was originally listed for $2.9 million in June 2025, giving the couple a discount of more than $500,000.

Chrisley announced on October 27 that she is pregnant and engaged. She later confirmed Galanis’s identity on her podcast "Unlocked," noting the couple’s five-month-old relationship and describing the age difference as irrelevant to her. > "Yes, there is a huge age gap there, OK? … I genuinely do not care," she said. > "I would rather have 20 phenomenal, unbelievable years with someone than 50 ‘meh’ years," Chrisley added.

The pair’s romance began in July of the previous year after Galanis reached out to commend Chrisley’s efforts to secure a presidential pardon for her parents. Both Galanis and Chrisley’s parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, received pardons from President Donald Trump in 2025. Chrisley has spoken publicly about the challenges she faced during her parents’ incarceration and her role in caring for her family.

In an Instagram post announcing the pregnancy, Chrisley expressed gratitude and described her partner’s support during the early stages of the pregnancy.
