Federal Bureau of Prisons documents reveal that Jason Galvine, Savannah Chrisley's pregnant fiancé, received high ratings for his work as a volunteer tutor while incarcerated.

Federal Bureau of Prisons records obtained by Page Six indicate that Jason Galvine, 56, earned top marks in a July 2017 work performance evaluation while serving as a volunteer tutor at New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Center. Prison officials noted that Galvine tutored fellow inmates, encouraged educational pursuits, and received the highest possible ratings for quality and quantity of work, initiative, willingness to learn, and teamwork. He also scored well for following instructions and cooperating with supervisors, and officials said they would consider promoting him to a higher-pay position if he were employed outside the facility.

Galvine was sentenced in 2017 for two fraud schemes, convictions that were later vacated, and in September 2020 received a 189-month sentence for involvement in multiple securities fraud cases. He previously served time at a federal prison camp in Pensacola, Florida, alongside Savannah Chrisley's father, Todd Chrisley, before both were pardoned by President Donald Trump in March 2025.

The reality-television personality disclosed on her "Unlocked" podcast that she and Galvine, who have a 27-year age difference, became engaged in December 2025, five months after they began dating. She also shared a message to their unborn child on Instagram, stating the child would not be a source of controversy.

Galvine's brother, Derek, told Page Six that he does not consider his sibling a reformed individual, a comment that Savannah Chrisley has dismissed as unfounded.
