Apple may begin three-day announcement series with OLED iPad mini today, Gurman reports
Analyst Mark Gurman suggests Apple could start a three-day rollout of new products, beginning with an OLED iPad mini, followed by updates to iMac, MacBook Pro and a touchscreen MacBook Pro.
Bloomberg analyst Mark Gurman posted on X that Apple often follows a three-day sequence of announcements when it holds events on Wednesdays. He said an OLED iPad mini could be announced today, with updates to the iMac and MacBook Pro on Tuesday and a touchscreen MacBook Pro on Wednesday, "would make sense."
Gurman clarified that his comments are speculative and not based on official confirmation. Earlier reports from him indicated the M6 iPad mini and a 14-inch MacBook Pro might arrive on Wednesday, along with a touchscreen MacBook Pro. Aside from a recent comment from Apple’s senior vice president Greg Joswiak hinting at new "Pro" products, the company has not released any formal statements.
"Pro and Tell" was the phrase used by Joswiak last week, suggesting upcoming professional-grade hardware, but no detailed information has been provided.
