Heidi Klum posted a close-up image of a textured, flesh-like prosthetic makeup on Instagram as a preview of her costume for the 2026 edition of her annual Halloween party. The 53-year-old model wrote, "What’s my costume? One week to go….#HeidiHalloween."
Fans noted that the prosthetic pieces resemble human organs or sea creatures, with some comparing the look to sea urchins, sea cucumbers, or the character Ursula from The Little Mermaid. Others suggested a reference to the Cordyceps-infected "Clicker" from The Last of Us or the body-horror film The Substance.
Klum has not provided further details, though she previously told Parade that the costume would be "bloody." In past years she has presented elaborate outfits, including a Medusa-inspired look in 2023, a peacock costume in 2024, and a giant worm ensemble that attracted significant social-media attention.
